Evapora\u00e7\u00e3o: O refrigerante l\u00edquido absorve o calor da \u00e1gua de processo no evaporador. O refrigerante ferve e transforma-se num g\u00e1s de baixa press\u00e3o.<br \/>2. Compress\u00e3o: O compressor aumenta a press\u00e3o e a temperatura do refrigerante.<br \/>3. Condensa\u00e7\u00e3o: O refrigerante quente e de alta press\u00e3o flui para o condensador. A \u00e1gua fria da torre de arrefecimento passa atrav\u00e9s do condensador, absorvendo o calor do refrigerante. O refrigerante condensa-se novamente num l\u00edquido.<br \/>4. Expans\u00e3o: O l\u00edquido refrigerante passa atrav\u00e9s de uma v\u00e1lvula de expans\u00e3o, baixando de press\u00e3o e temperatura, e regressa ao evaporador para recome\u00e7ar.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Entretanto, a \u00e1gua da torre de arrefecimento que absorveu o calor do condensador \u00e9 pulverizada sobre o enchimento da torre enquanto os ventiladores sopram ar sobre ela. Alguma da \u00e1gua evapora-se, transportando o calor.
