Kaifeng offers a closed-loop "Crushing-Recycling-Cooling" solution that converts plastic waste into reusable raw materials through a dual-path system. Core Process: Collected plastics are crushed into uniform fragments, then diverge based on source: Path A processes production line waste (sprues/rejects) for immediate reuse beside the press; Path B handles post-consumer plastics through washing, drying, and pelletizing to create high-quality recycled pellets.
Plastic Processing Solution details
Step 1: Collection & Feeding
Collect post-consumer plastic products (bottles, containers, etc.) and industrial plastic scrap. Visually inspect and sort to remove large non-plastic impurities.
Step 2: Crushing & Size Reduction
Feed the sorted plastic materials into the plastic crusher machine. It is shredded into small, uniform fragments. This step drastically reduces volume, saving storage and transportation space, and prepares the material for subsequent cleaning or reuse.
Step 3: Path Selection & Processing
Path A: Immediate Sprue/Re-grind Reuse (For Injection Molding)
For sprues and rejects directly from the production line, use an automatic beside-the-press recycling system. The crushed material (re-grind) is automatically conveyed back to the molding machine hopper for immediate reuse, saving raw material costs.
Path B: External Recycling & Washing Line
For externally collected post-consumer plastics, the crushed fragments proceed to a dedicated washing line. They undergo hot washing to remove labels, adhesives, and contaminants.
Step 4: Dehydration & Drying
The cleaned plastic fragments are dehydrated and dried to reduce moisture content, preparing them for the final pelletizing stage.
Step 5: Pelletizing & Rebirth
The dry, clean plastic fragments are fed into a pelletizing extruder. They are melted, filtered, extruded, and cut into uniform, high-quality recycled plastic pellets.
Step 6: Reapplication
The recycled pellets can be used to manufacture new plastic products, closing the loop and creating both economic and environmental value.
